Prior to beginning, the shop was already La Porchetta, but the owner wanted a completely new budget fit-out.

This comprised of MGP doing a complete strip out of all tables, chairs, bar tops, counters, wall panels and flooring. Removing all but the kitchen equipment and pizza oven.

We then built a new timber cladded front entry with seating and privacy panels. New counters, banquette seating, outside entertaining area, wall paneling and stained timber and painted throughout
